Winning Park Name Selected from 112 Entries
Congratulations to Kaylyn Riggs, winner of the Castle Pines North Metro District park naming contest.
Kaylyn’s entry, “Castle View Park,” was recently selected by the CPN Parks Authority Board as the name for the new 21 acre park. The Board selected the park name from 112 entries from local children.

At the CPN Metro District Community Information meeting on Monday, June 21st, Kaylyn was presented a certificate of appreciation for her contribution to our community. She also received a $50 gift certificate to Target. Runner-up for the contest was five-year-old Max Lush for his entry entitled, “The Best Park in the World.”
Castle View Park will be located adjacent to the Community Center. Groundbreaking for phase one of Castle View is set to begin this fall.
