A Colorado native, Sara is an avid writer and was drawn to The Connection because of its focus on positive and inspiring news. Throughout her varied career, she has been in pursuit of purposeful work that provides an ideal nexus between her expertise in strategic communications and passion for philanthropy.
Sara has been a resident and active member of the Douglas County community for more than 20 years, including volunteering on the South Metro Denver Chamber’s Partners in Philanthropy Group and on the Board of Directors for the Douglas County Community Foundation. She holds a master’s degree in Technical Communications from Colorado State University, a bachelor’s degree in communication from CU Boulder, and a Certificate in Corporate Social Responsibility from CU Boulder’s Leeds School of Business.
Sara resides in Lone Tree with her husband, three children and two dogs, and we are thrilled to welcome her to our Connection family.
