U.S. Post Office holiday mailing deadlines
The mailing deadlines for United States Postal Service (USPS) parcels to arrive in the continental U.S. by Monday, December 25 are the following:
- Saturday, December 16 for USPS Ground Advantage
- Monday, December 18 for Priority Mail
- Wednesday, December 20 for Priority Mail Express
- The last scheduled date for delivery is Saturday, December 23. Monday, December 25 is a federal holiday.
- For Alaska and Hawaii, APO addresses and international addresses, more time is advised.
- For first class mail, the earlier the better: Monday, December 18 is encouraged.
