The second annual Timber Trail Mother-Son Kickball tournament raised nearly $1,000 for the Timber Trail Education Association (TTEA) and provided a fun evening for more than 300 participants and volunteers.
The four-round tournament, which was held at Coyote Ridge Park in late August, produced one winner – the One-Kick Wonders. The winning team was comprised of boys from kindergarten to fifth grade and their moms.
All players got a commemorative t-shirt (kids) or tank top (moms) to help them remember the night.
Pizza from Little Italy and Italian Ice from Repicci’s of Colorado were provided to refresh the players after a hard-nights work kicking the ball.
The event was sponsored by MedExpress, Dr. Andrew Dunbar, Kliner & Company, Huntington Learning Center, and Colorado Kids Pediatric Dentistry
