As vice president and managing broker of LIV Sotheby’s International Realty (LIVSIR), Tim Clark manages all three of the Douglas County offices. “My awesome wife, Maureen, who goes by ‘Mo’, is also my business partner,” Tim stated. Having recently moved to The Village from Lone Tree and with two offices in the Castle Pines community, Tim and Mo feel very at home in their 80108 surroundings.

Tim and Mo have three daughters: Ashlee, Emmalee and Kaylee. “All married to great guys,” stated Tim. Tim and Mo have four grandchildren, all under the age of 4: Maisie, Brontee, Frank and Isadora. They recently “had the privilege,” according to Tim, of watching the miniature American Shepherd puppy belonging to one of the girls. The puppy wishes to remain anonymous, Tim confided.

Tim describes himself as competitive and a free spirit by nature. He was the youngest of four stubborn boys and they had four rules to follow: Have fun and enjoy what you do, always finish what you start, play fair and be respectful, and always play to win! Tim’s father played sports growing up – earning 16 letters in high school and college – and played professional football and is a Charter Member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame, Colorado Sports Hall of Fame, and Michigan Sports Hall of Fame. Tim’s mother started little league football in Michigan as “a way to keep her boys busy and out of trouble,” Tim stated. “Her idea of a neighborhood hobby grew from four teams to 180 teams.”

Adventure seeker Tim Clark and his wife, Mo, work and play together. From skydiving to world traveling, the couple strikes a great balance between time at the office in The Village at Castle Pines and vacationing. The couple recently purchased a home in The Village, so now they even live and play where they work!

“Growing up, I had so many positive influences in my life. I had loving parents who supported me and encouraged me to find my own path to success and happiness. My father raised me to be modest and humble, not to brag and to appreciate what you have and what people do for you. Because of his strength and wisdom, I’m respectful yet not intimated or overly impressed by much,” stated Tim.

“I’ve also been fortunate to be under the mentorship of strong leaders and accomplished professionals throughout my career. Every day, I’m inspired by our leadership team here at LIVSIR,” Tim stated. “I was drawn into real estate because I’ve always been fascinated with the value, scarcity and preservation of land. The best part of the business is being able to share what I’ve learned over the last 40 years. To be able to connect and build relationships. The one constant is change.”

Away from the business, Tim’s passions are golfing (he’s been to Scotland twice), fly fishing (all catch and release, trophy waters), skiing, and various sports and outdoor activities. He loves traveling and playing Scrabble, Monopoly and Risk. He skydives with Mo – occasionally. “I would like to be a connoisseur of fine wine. I do enjoy collecting single malt scotches and rare bourbons,” stated Tim.

“I’ve always considered myself to be a rebel of sorts, always yearning for more creative fulfillment,” Tim stated. “Real estate has provided me with that. The journey has been a blast, and I’m looking forward to the years ahead and the opportunities they’ll bring.”
