The Douglas County Community Foundation is doing great things
Article and photo by Terri Wiebold
The Douglas County Community Foundation (DCCF) held its second annual breakfast, “Focus Forward” at the Charles Schwab campus in Lone Tree last month. The foundation is doing amazing things to help Douglas County nonprofits, and The Connection’s Managing Editor Lynne Marsala Basche (second from right) was honored to be a part of the event this year. Also pictured are Elaine McCain (far left) and Amber DeBerry (second from left) from Douglas County Libraries and Carey Wirtzfeld (far right) from the DeBosky Group.
Be sure to check out our Angels Among Us segment (see page 24) – which is now in its second year and was inspired by last year’s inaugural DCCF breakfast.
