On Friday, December 1, the Castle Pines Village Garden Club (CPVGC) held its annual holiday party at Cherokee Ranch & Castle. The Castle’s festive decorations were the perfect complement to brunch, which was coordinated by Michele Volkl and Darcey DeRose with Serendipity Catering. Eighty members gathered to celebrate each other and the holidays. The brunch was also a time to support the Douglas/Elbert Task Force, and more than $4,700 was raised.
“I am just thrilled to be a member of this wonderful club and learn about gardening in our beautiful Front Range area,” said CPVGC president Liz Lively.
CPVGC has more than 140 members and is open to all who love gardening, socializing and helping with charitable service. Learn more at www.cpvgc.org.
