Taking care of those who take care of you

“Behind our doors, we refer to you as trade partners because that’s who you are … We’re very loyal to the folks who take care of us, and those of you who have been with us for a long time, you know what that means …” were the opening remarks made by Woody Howarth of Sterling Custom Homes at the kick-off of his annual trade partner appreciation barbecue.
Sterling Custom Homes is one of The Castle Pines Connection’s most loyal local business partners and long-standing advertisers, so we were thrilled to participate in the festivities. Joining alongside Sterling employees, contractors and their families, we gathered to share in good company, tasty food and a chance to win one of many awesome raffle prizes.
“This is a big deal for us,” said Howarth, “because it is a big deal what everybody does for us. We’ve had tremendous success over the last dozen years, and it’s not just because of what we do. Everything that we do and that we put together is what you [our trade partners] put together for us. We know that. We get that. We appreciate that.”
