Swearing-in of Commissioner Roger Partridge, District II representative

Commissioner Roger Partridge, who was re-elected to his second term as County Commissioner for District II in November 2016, took the oath of office from District Court Judge Paul King last month.  Partridge’s wife Nadine held the Holy Bible while their young grandchildren stood in witness.
 
Following the swearing-in ceremony, Partridge was appointed 2017 Douglas County Commissioner board chair.  In addition to his fundamental responsibilities as board chair, Partridge also serves as a representative of Douglas County by way of board appointment to the Castle Rock Economic Development Council; C-470 Corridor Coalition; Denver Regional Council of Governments; Denver South Economic Development Partnership; E-470 Public Highway Authority; Northwest Douglas County Oil & Gas Economic Impact Committee; Southern Shooting Partnership and the Denver South I-25 Urban Corridor Transportation Management Authority.
