Coach Kevin Meyer stated, “Jack Anderson had an outstanding season as our place kicker. Jack was in his first year kicking for Rock Canyon as a senior and made over 95% of his P.A.T.’s along with eight for 11 in field goals (70%) with a 35-yard career high field goal. Jack also received All-League Honorable Mention honors. Jack is a great teammate and student athlete.”

 

Gabby Beaudry
Soccer
University of New Mexico, NM

“Gabby is a gifted midfielder, who is excellent on the ball and very dangerous on set pieces. She is an unselfish player who does an outstanding job raising the play of those around her. Gabby is always looking to excel; it was my pleasure to be her teacher and her coach at Rock Canyon,” stated Coach Mathew Henbest.

 

Grant Garrison
Lacrosse
Long Island University, NY

“Grant is the type of young man that makes everyone around him feel better. A smile and energy that light up any room,” stated lacrosse Coach Shawn Zordani.  “He’s our energizer, our motivator with his words, our person that makes everyone feel part of the family.  Grant was a unanimous decision to be a captain this season and he is as tenacious on the field as he is kind off the field.”

 

Jack Munro

Colorado Mesa University, CO

Coach Kevin Meyer stated, “Jack Munro was a three-year letter winner and two-year starter at left guard. Jack had a great football career and was one of our best offensive linemen the past two years. Jack worked extremely hard in the off season to prepare for his senior year and was a very physical blocker. Jack was a great teammate and was selected to the All-League Honorable Mention team in 2023.”

 

Collin Naibauer
Baseball
Lamar Community College, CO

“Collin has consistently progressed as a person and a baseball player over the last four years, and it’s been fun to watch him grow,” said Coach Ty Jacobs. “Lamar will be a great fit for Colin personality wise as well as for baseball. Colin has made tremendous strides over the last year specifically, and we can’t wait to see him continue to progress after his time at RC is done.”

 

Preston Parker

“Preston has been a joy to coach and exemplifies what it means to be a student athlete,” said Coach Ty Jacobs  “He is a great teammate, is always working hard and doing the right thing, and plays the game the right way. It will be fun to watch him play out his senior year as a big part of our team, and continue his playing career in California next season.”

“Coaching Sienna over the last few years has been an absolute privilege. Sienna brings a work ethic and attitude to the gym that you want out of every player. She is someone that not only makes every player in the gym a better player, but makes me a better coach as well,” said  Coach Eric Bartoszek.  “Her signing to Colorado Mesa University is well deserved and the Mavs are getting a special player and an even more special individual.”

Coach Mathew Henbest stated, “Macey is a talented defender who is good at winning balls out of the air and very tough to beat one on one.  I know her to be a humble and hardworking player who gets along well with others. She is an exceptional student athlete and who represents Rock Canyon very well.”

“Alex was one of the best defensive lineman in the state of Colorado and constantly forced teams to gameplan running and passing schemes that went away from him. What I love most about Alex’s commitment is that not only will he get the opportunity to play football at the D1 level, he will also be getting a top notch Ivy League education as he plans to study business at Penn,” stated Coach Bret McGatlin.

 

Gabe Repplinger

“There are two things that have impressed me the most about Gabe Repplinger. His tenacity through his volleyball journey. He has fought through a great deal of adversity in his career, but has refused to give up and signing day is a celebration of that. The other is his character. I have seem him grow tremendously in leadership, resiliency, commitment to his teammates and his responsibility. Vanguard is getting an outstanding player and young man,” stated Coach Scott Peluso.
