South Suburban hosts free youth NFL competition

South Suburban Parks and Recreation will host the NFL Punt, Pass and Kick Competition Saturday, September 18 at David A. Lorenz Regional Park, located at 8560 S. Colorado Blvd.
New this year, the age range has been expanded to include boys and girls as young as age six and all the way up to age 15. Youth are encouraged to register onsite starting at 9 a.m. for this free event.
Competition will be ongoing from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.; final results will be posted at www.sspr.org by 5 p.m. the following Monday, September 20.
All participants will receive an official NFL certificate and first-place finishers will advance to the sectional competition with the opportunity to qualify for the national competition. A copy of the participant’s birth certificate and a parent/guardian’s signature is required for registration.
