Rock swimmers qualify for Silver State and State meets

As part of USA Swimming, Rock swimming competes year round, practicing in the pool located at the Castle Rock Recreation center. Meets during the short course season take place in either a 25 meter or yard pool. The short course season runs from August through March. The long course season finds swimmers competing in a 50 meter or yard pool and runs from April through July. To learn more about Rock swimming visit www.castlerockswimming.org.
