RidgeGate breaks ground on new hotel

RidgeGate development continues, as a new a 106-room, four-story Hampton Inn has been approved by the city of Lone Tree and will be located at the southwest interchange of I-25 and Lincoln. “Excavation has started and the hotel is planned to open in late 2012,” stated Darryl Jones, development manager for Coventry Development Corporation.”
The city has also approved a new neighborhood of 31 single family homes, located in the heart of the RidgeGate community. Harvard Communities and Berkeley Homes will start construction on the new housing development that will be located west of Prairie Sky Park and the Lone Tree Recreation Center.
A third project, a four-story, 280-unit apartment complex planned for the southeast corner of Park Meadows Boulevard and Lincoln Avenue is awaiting design review and committee approval. The future north-south light rail line is still being planned and will run between several of the development projects.
