Planning for 2008 Rock Slide Underway – Sponsors Needed

Plans are underway for the 2008 Rock Slide. Rock Canyon High School (RCHS) and its feeder schools, including all Castle Pines North area elementary and middle schools, participate in this annual event to raise money and support physical fitness.
This year’s race is scheduled for Saturday, November 8, at 9 a.m. beginning and ending at RCHS.
New this year is race director, Tony Golden. Golden has two children who attend DCS Montessori School and has participated in the race for the past three years. “It [the race] just keeps getting bigger and better. I hope to only improve on the success they saw with it last year,” said Golden.
