Catson Collections to Host Holiday Boutique

Catson Collections – a new local business selling pashminas, shawls, and stoles in every color, pattern, and texture imaginable – will host a holiday boutique on December 13 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Wine and cheese will be served between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. The boutique will be held at 864 Meadow Rose Lane in Castle Rock and will feature a few other select vendors to make holiday shopping enjoyable.

A Colorado Welcome – New Residents and Singles

The Bundt Shoppe Offers Gluten-Free Baking

The Bundt Shoppe, located in the Village Square Shopping Center, is now offering two favorite flavors – Pumpkin Spice and Chocolate-Chocolate Chip – gluten free.

What is a gluten allergy? Wheat contains a protein called gluten, a substance which helps the dough bind. Some individuals, with an intolerance to this protein, can experience varying degrees of distress and even asthma. The Bundt Shoppe is aware of the increasing demand for gluten-free baked goods and is now providing this service.

Drop by The Bundt Shoppe each morning for coffee and bundt cake. Store hours are Tuesday through Friday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday: 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. The store is closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Castle Rock Bank Appoints New Board Member

Thomas J. Miller, Chief Executive Officer for Castle Rock Bank, announces the appointment of Meme Dunckel Martin as a member of the bank’s Board of Directors. “Ms. Martin brings to the table over twenty years of CEO experience with extensive organizational development,” said Miller. “Her exceptional corporate relations skills, substantial experience in fiscal management, strategic analysis and planning provides a unique insight and lays another level of concrete to the foundation upon which the bank’s long-term strategic plan and vision is built.”

Prior to joining Douglas County, Martin worked in the private sector with twenty years of experience as CEO of various non-profit organizations, including the Colorado Horse Park, Castle Rock Economic Development Council, Pueblo Chamber of Commerce, Golden Chamber of Commerce, and Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce.

Water to Go Closes Doors in CPN

Water to Go, a water and nutrition center in the Safeway Shopping Center at I-25 and Castle Pines Parkway, has closed its doors. Few details are available on the closure, and the owners of the franchise could not be reached for comment.

Customers with “Water Cards” may use them at the Water to Go location in Aurora, 5657 S. Himalaya St., #200.
