New Park Meadows parking garage well underway
The new parking garage construction at Park Meadows mall is progressing with roughly 50% of the project now complete. Vertical construction began in late February, marking a significant milestone as the structure––which is located north of the mall just outside the food court area––takes shape.
Once finished, the garage will provide approximately 700 additional parking spaces, significantly enhancing capacity for guests to the mall. According to Senior General Manager of Park Meadows, Steven Sayers, this increased parking availability is crucial, especially during peak shopping seasons, as it should improve accessibility, reduce congestion and enhance the overall customer experience.
“Ultimately, the garage represents a key investment in Park Meadows’ long-term success, ensuring it remains a premier destination for retail, dining and hospitality,” he stated.
The project is on schedule with an expected completion and opening date set for October 2025. Parking will remain free at Park Meadows mall.
