New mayor and council sworn in

On Monday, January 8, at the Douglas County Libraries – Castle Pines, approximately 120 people gathered to witness the swearing in of the newly-elected mayor and city council members. At 6 p.m., everyone in attendance took their seats as mayor Tera Radloff was sworn in, followed by Melissa Coudeyras (Ward 1), Ben Price (Ward 2), Gregory Fisher (Ward 2), Roger Hudson (Ward 3) and Tracy Engerman (Ward 3). In addition to celebrating the new local government leaders, the ceremony also honored outgoing members. The event was organized by the Castle Pines Chamber of Commerce, and attendees were treated to a reception that included food and beverages.
