New downtown restaurant features tastes of Colorado

Mark and Lisa Voss (pictured top left) know a thing or two about running a successful restaurant. The Castle Pines Village couple has spent the past seven years running The Tilted Kilt in downtown Denver and they have numerous years of hospitality and restaurant experience between them.
On April 5, the couple celebrated their new venture, Burnt Barrel, which is located in the heart of the 16th street mall downtown. At the soft opening, friends and family enjoyed locally-sourced food and drinks at the restaurant that features a welcoming atmosphere and a definite Colorado vibe. Mark Voss remarked, “We are thrilled to officially open the doors to our new, locally-owned sports bar concept that offers locals and visitors a true taste of Colorado.” The restaurant is located at 16th Street and Lawrence, Denver, Colorado.
