City of Castle Pines residents can now find specific neighborhood homeowners association (HOA) information through the Castle Pines HOA Lookup found on the City’s website.

Anyone looking to find out how to replace a lost key to the community pool or how to rent the local clubhouse for a graduation party, or even which waste management company is responsible for weekly trash collection, can access a link on the City’s website. Then, in the search field, type in the homeowner’s address, or click on the corresponding map and the appropriate HOA management company and contact information will be provided.

In September 2020, the Castle Pines North Master Association (MA) filed Articles of Dissolution with the Colorado Secretary of State. As the unifying body for the community, which incorporated and became the City of Castle Pines in 2008, the MA provided a similar platform for residents to locate specific HOA information.

With the MA dissolution, many new residents who purchased homes in the City’s established neighborhoods discovered a lack of resources for who managed a particular HOA or how to get in touch with someone at the property management company.

All of this has led to the first phase of resident resources, stated City Manager Michael Penny. Over time, additional resources will be added.
