Congratulations to Jordan Boucher, the 2019 Valor Christian High School valedictorian and a National Merit Scholar.

Boucher, a resident of The Village at Castle Pines, excelled at Valor and balanced his academic pursuits with his passion for running cross country, track, climbing 14ers and participating in the speech and debate competitive team.

“In my career, I haven’t seen many accomplish as much as Jordan Boucher has academically,” said Todd Pulliam, academic and college counselor at Valor. “By the time he graduates, he will have taken eight honors courses, 12 advanced placement courses, and one dual credit course. Not to mention, he has completed all of them with excellence and the respect of his teachers. His ability does not go unnoticed at our school, and last year he received an award from our history department for going above and beyond what is expected of him,” raved Pulliam.

In addition to being Valor’s Class of 2019 valedictorian, Boucher was named a National Merit Scholar, an honor bestowed upon high school seniors in each state judged to have the strongest combination of accomplishments, skills, and potential for success in rigorous college studies. In the fall, he plans to attend the honors program for the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder and study economics and statistics.
