Montessori kids ready for class

Douglas County School District’s (DCSD) Express Check In is open now for DCS Montessori (DCSM) families. Online registration for DCSM will close on Friday, August 5.
DCSM will hold its annual open house for families of students in first through fourth grades and those new to the school or with new teachers for the upcoming year. The open house will be held during the afternoon and early evening of Wednesday, August 10. This will not be a picture day. Picture day for all students will be Friday, August 26.
The first day of school for DCSM Pre-3 kids will be Monday, August 15 and will be Tuesday, August 16 for the Pre-4 kiddos. The first day for the remainder of students will be Thursday, August 11. Parents are welcome to walk their child to class on their first day. After Wednesday, August 17, visitors will be asked to sign in before entering the school.
