Metro District and Parks Authority Join Hidden Pointe Lawsuit
6-1-04 The lawsuit filed by the Hidden Pointe HOA continues to proceed to Douglas County District court. In May, the CPN Metro District and the Parks Authority were brought into the lawsuit. Click here for a copy of the court filing document. As of press time, the Master Association’s attorney was in the process of naming witnesses for depositions.
In September, 2003, the Hidden Pointe HOA Board filed a lawsuit against the Master Association. The suit claims Hidden Pointe residents should not be obligated to pay dues to the Master Association, as specified in the 1999 contract.
