May 4th Election Results: Metro District, Hidden Pointe, and Fire District

At the May 4, 2004 special district elections, CPN voters elected board members to the CPN Metro District, and Hidden Pointe residents elected Board Members to the water district for that neighborhood. In addition, voters throughout the southern suburban areas approved the South Metro Fire Rescue mill levy. Voter turnout was excellent for all three elections.

Congratulations to the newly elected CPN Metro District board members: Courtney Brand, Cheryl McDade and Mark Shively. The newly elected members will join current Metro District Board Members Galen Crowder, and John Ewing. click here for more information on the CPN Metro election.

Hidden Pointe residents also voted to elect three board members to the Green Valley Water and Sanitation District. Hidden Pointe homeowners will now control three of the five seats on the board. Green Valley contracts with the CPN Metro District to receive water and sewer services for Hidden Pointe. click here for more information on the Green Valley election.
