The Castle Pines North (CPN) Master Association has hired a new management company. Client Preference, a realty and management company, will now handle day-to-day operations and business matters — administrative support, accounting services and governance guidance — for the CPN Master Association.
Anna Mallinson, treasurer of the Master Association board of directors, was an integral part of the board’s search to find a management company.
“Instead of providing us with ‘how they do it for other communities’ we were offered a unique opportunity to say ‘this is how we want it’ — all for a fixed fee,” said Mallinson. “Already they have gone above and beyond in their service to us.”
CPN residents will now be able to pay dues and view account information online. As of press time, Client Preference planned to have online services available to all residents by October.
In the past, the Master Association was run solely by part-time contractors. Now, residents who need service or information will have ready access to what they need.
“Since management is our business, we are always available to the residents to address their needs, concerns or matters they wish to bring before the board,” said Garry Schaffer, the Client Preference broker who, along with association manager Vickie Hunt, will handle management duties in CPN.
CPN residents who need assistance may call 303-482-3078. E-mail communications, and accounting related issues can be directed to Contact by email and any management or community issues to Contact by email .
