Master Association Board Welcomes Havercroft, Brierley
New to the Master Association Board are Jennifer Havercroft and Patrick Brierley, both of whom bring a wealth of knowledge from their service to Daniel’s Gate. Havercroft has been president of the North Lynx HOA and Brierley has served as the vice president of the Romar HOA. Both have served as delegates to the Master Association.
As Board President of North Lynx, Havercroft was instrumental in helping residents connect with the Douglas County Sheriff to work out issues that arose with the construction of the skate park at Coyote Ridge Park.
“We’ve learned how to live with teenagers, while at the same time protecting our investments,” said Havercroft.
“I’m honored to have been asked to serve on the Master Board,” said Havercroft. “Now I can use the knowledge I’ve gained to help the whole community.”
Brierley, too, brings a wealth of experience to the table. Frustrated by a lack of upkeep to the landscaping in his neighborhood, he decided to get involved with his HOA a few years ago, and has continued to help his neighbors work out issues of ground maintenance, snow removal and pool maintenance.
