Master Association Announces Movie and Concert Picks

The Master Association is excited to announce this year’s picks for Summer Movie in the Park and Summer Concert in the Park. Save the dates and enjoy these fun family events at Coyote Ridge Park.


Summer Movie in the Park –

Saturday, June 24, Coyote Ridge Park – featuring Napoleon Dynamite. Festivities begin at 6:30 p.m. and the movie begins at dusk.

“We are thrilled to announce our Summer Movie in the Park, Napoleon Dynamite. This PG-rated comedy is about a teenager who helps his new friend win the class presidency at their small town high school,” said Carla Kenny, Castle Pines North Master Association Social Event Planner. “Fans of the movie can dress the part and partake in our pre-show Napoleon parade!”

The festivities will begin at 6:30 p.m. with air castles and concessions. The movie will begin at dusk – around 9 p.m. Do not forget low chairs, sleeping bags or blankets to enjoy the movie under the stars. Bring a picnic or enjoy food from the concessions.


Summer Concert in the Park –

Sunday, August 6, Coyote Ridge Park – Featuring Reckless Abandon. Festivities begin at 4:30 p.m. and the concert begins at 6:00 p.m.

“We are excited to have Reckless Abandon back again this year for our summer concert. They put on a tremendous show last year and we have had many requests for a repeat show,” said Kenny. Festivities will begin at 4:30 p.m. with air castles, concessions and the concert beginning at 6:00 p.m. Bring blankets or chairs and sit back and enjoy music in the park. Purchase food and refreshments from the concessions or bring along a picnic.
