Local Farmers’ Markets opening soon

By Patte Smith

Spring is here, and summer is right around the corner. Families and friends will gather together for barbecues, picnics and camping – time to visit the local farmers market for freshly grown produce. Many markets not only sell fruits and vegetables, but also offer special items such as fresh bread, jams and jellies, flowers and yummy goodies.
