Local event venue opens doors to friends, neighbors

Members of the Castle Pines Chamber of Commerce, The Castle Pines Connection, and friends of Cielo celebrate Schroeder’s grand opening. The evening’s entertainment included magicians, the walking and talking Mona Lisa picture, portable Black Jack, a live bronze statue, and more.

Cielo at Castle Pines opened its doors for business in April, hosting its first wedding at the new 20,000-square-foot private event venue. The bride was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the scenery and ambiance were breathtaking.

“We were a long time in the coming,” said owner Roz Schroeder. “We owe our success to all those who poured their hearts into making our facility a special and unique palce to hold an event.”

Already for 2009, Cielo has more than 50 events booked. Since opening in April, Schroeder has hosted a number of events, ranging from weddings to corporate team building events.

But according to Schroeder, none was more gratifying than the open houses they hosted to welcome their Castle Pines Village neighbors and the vendors and contractors who made it all possible.

The Castle Pines Connection staff extends its appreciation for a lovely evening of dancing, whimsical entertainment, fabulous food, and celebration.
