Local authors convene for conversation

On March 27, the Ford Fountain (Real Estate) Team hosted an Author’s Consortium featuring 16 local writers networking and showcasing their books. The talented authors included The Connection staff members Tim Gamble and Joe Gschwendtner, along with several writers who have been previously featured in these pages, and several who you will see in future issues.

Authors made their books available for purchase, and guests in attendance brought dozens of books to be donated to Douglas County Libraries (see inset photo of Wanda Ford and Kathryn Fountain making the donation). The 16 authors featured included: Doug Beason, Kill Zone; Mike Boryla (not pictured), The Case of the Disappearing Quarterback; Michella G. Clark, Practical Dreaming; Thad Dupper, Attack on Nantucket; Ken Elliot, Manifesting 1-2-3; Paige Farrington, Love Ignites Peace; Tim Gamble, Funny You Should Ask…; Joe Gschwendtner, Five Bright Sunbonnets; Pat Kanan, Emi; John Marchlowska, His Majesty’s Legacy; Amanda McKoy Flanagan, Trust Yourself to Be All In; Dennis Niewoehner, The Cowboy and the Rose; Rick Noble, King Cotton; Jenaya Perdue, Phyllis Goes to Ghana; Jude Randazzo, Scotch on the Lochs; and Michelle Schocke, Dinosaur Cowboy.
