Life Time Fitness update
The development of a Life Time Fitness location has been approved for the northeast corner of Castle Pines Parkway and Canyonside Boulevard in the City of Castle Pines. Although construction approval and permitting has not been completed, the proposed location includes a 110,000-square-foot facility with pickleball courts and an outdoor pool.
When reached for comment, the City of Castle Pines indicated it has no new information on the Life Time Fitness plans at this time, oteher than to say that Life Time Fitness indicated it still plans to move forward in due time. “Life Time previously held a pre-submittal meeting with the Planning Department and inquired about the process if they were to reduce or make any changes the facility design,” stated City of Castle Pines Communications Director Camden Bender. “However, they have not submitted any requests or documentation for changes at this time.”
