Library Art Show Features Local Talent
King’s Crossing resident Mary Williams
by Belinda Paredes
Philip S. Miller Library in Castle Rock hosted an art exhibit in February and March that featured over 80 pieces by 23 local artists. The show displayed a variety of artwork throughout the library, including sculptures, paintings, jewelry, and pottery. Library patrons could cast a vote for their favorite works of art.
One of the artists featured at this show was King’s Crossing resident Mary Williams, who had four sculptures displayed. Williams also has a large sculpture exhibited permanently in the teen atrium at the library.
