Library adventure passes to Denver Art Museum
Information submitted by DC Libraries
In addition to The Wildlife Experience and Dinosaur Ridge, Douglas County Libraries now offers library card holders Adventure Passes to the Denver Art Museum. The partnership is the first of its kind among Colorado libraries. Denver Art Museum passes are available starting January 11.
The Denver Art Museum seeks to enrich lives through the acquisition, preservation, and presentation of art in both permanent collections and temporary exhibitions. Four Denver Art Museum passes are available each day beginning January 11; each pass provides museum admission (excluding special extra-fee exhibits) for up to four people.
Dinosaur Ridge is a collection of trails and exhibits designed to help explore prehistoric Colorado, including real dinosaur tracks and bones millions of years old. There are two passes per day for Dinosaur Ridge, each of which admits up to four people and includes a guided tour.
The Wildlife Experience connects visitors with wildlife and habitats in a fun and educational environment. Six passes to The Wildlife Experience are available for each day; each pass allows six individuals into the museum, $2 off admission to the Extreme Screen Theater, and 10
percent off purchases in the cafÈ and gift shop.
You may reserve and print passes to any of the three Adventure Pass venues from your own computer up to 30 days before your visit. For information, visit DouglasCountyLibraries.org.
