Mother Nature provided July-like weather on Wednesday, October 26 as the new Legacy Village of Castle Pines project broke ground at the northwest corner of Castle Pines Parkway and Monarch Boulevard.
Community leaders from the city and the chamber joined the developers for the groundbreaking ceremony. Mayor Jeff Huff thanked all those involved in bringing the Legacy Village of Castle Pines senior living facility project to fruition.
Miles remarked, “We are excited to help bring this project to Castle Pines. As developers, we find great locations and great partners who share our long-term vision. We don’t build to sell. A grandpa who lives here will go to that school right next door [Timber Trail Elementary] and read to his grandchild. That’s the kind of vision we have for the future of this community.”
