Kindergarten registration now open
Kindergarten registration is currently open for the 2021-2022 school year at Castle Pines elementary schools. Eligible children must be 5 years old by October 1, 2021. Copies of the child’s birth certificate, immunization record, and proof of residence are required, along with the registration packet.
Buffalo Ridge (BRE) and Timber Trail (TTE) registration process consists of turning in the completed registration packet and copies of required documents. Registration packets can be downloaded from the appropriate school website, found under the “Family Resources” tab. BRE’s window is open December 1-3. TTE registration window is open now through early January. Packets can be downloaded, and once completed, can be dropped off at the school or submitted via email to the school registrar.
American Academy charter school registration is based on a lottery system. Visit the school website and click on “Join the Waitlist!” tab at the top of the homepage to begin the process.
DCS Montessori registration is processed through the Douglas County School District open enrollment. The first open enrollment window closed December 1 and the second window runs January 22, 2021-August 2, 2021.

No in-person school tours are offered at this time, but check with each individual school’s website for information regarding virtual tours.
