Important Reminder to CPN II Homeowners
Submitted by Shirley Beer Powell
Spring and summer is the time of the year that our attention is drawn to the outside of our homes. Any changes, additions or work done to the outside of your home and lot must be approved first by the Design Review Committee (DRC). An HOA’s main purpose is to provide “architectural control” of the community, thereby helping to maintain the values of the homes within it.
For further information regarding improvements, please contact TMMC Management at 303-985-9623. Note BrambleRidge and BristleCone Patio Homeowners need to contact their individual sub associations for information regarding DRC requests. DRC Forms may be obtained from TMMC or on our Web Site, www.cpnhoa.org/cpn2. Plan to donate at our CPN II Blood Drive August 9.
We are also offering and CPN II Homeowners CPR Classes on Monday, July 13, and Saturday July 18. Please plan on coming 15 to 20 minutes early to complete registration. Both classes will be held at the CPN Community Center, 7404 Yorkshire Drive.
The cost for the class is $40 per participant. A $10.00 deposit is required to guarantee a spot. The deposit will be applied toward the cost of the class and is required when you call.
