Important message for our readers
The Castle Pines Connection recently received notice that the publisher that prints our monthly newspaper is closing its doors effective August 3. That means that we are in search of a new printer.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our “old school” printing process, there are only a handful of companies in Colorado and surrounding states that have web presses and can handle our print job.
With several dozen small community newspapers in our same situation, the challenge of securing a new printer is very real. We are working diligently toward a solution and are very close.
What this means for you is that, until we secure another printer that can handle our job (hopefully in the next month), we MIGHT have to be digital-only for a month or two.
There are two ways you can view the digital version of The Connection newspaper: 1- you can read the newspaper on our website, or 2 – you can sign up for our free e-subscription.
Rest assured, we have every intention of continuing/resuming our print publication as soon as possible. We just want to prepare you, our loyal readers, for what MIGHT happen temporarily.
We appreciate your patience and apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. We look forward to delivering “A Little Good News” as a printed newspaper in your mailboxes again soon!
