Holistic healthcare and skincare business opening in March

Functional medicine is considered a relatively new approach in the medical field, establishing its presence in the early 1990s. It is a form of alternative medicine that addresses the root causes of health issues. Jaime McNitt combined her training in traditional Western medicine and the American healthcare system with her passion for providing comprehensive and holistic healthcare solutions and will launch Remedy Bar on Lagae Road next to Sushi & Bowls.
Jaime is a native Coloradan from Littleton who attended The University of Colorado Boulder for her undergraduate studies. She left Colorado only to obtain her Masters of Medical Science at Emory University in Atlanta. A Forest Park resident, she has been practicing as a physician assistant in Centennial for the last 13 years.
In 2019, when Jaime experienced challenges with her own personal health journey, it ignited her desire to help others obtain the best healthcare. Jaime achieved hormonal optimization under the Biote Method, known also as bioidentical hormone replacement therapy using pellets. Jaime now is a certified hormone specialist and believes in the importance of a well balanced life for both men and women.
“Every patient is unique, and I understand that,” said Jamie. “I promise my patients I will listen attentively, treat them with compassion, and create personalized treatment plans tailored to each person’s specific needs and goals.”
Jaime juggles prioritizing self-care, the demands of a thriving career, and the joys and responsibilities of raising three children. Being healthy and in tune to the body runs in the McNitt household. Her husband of 22 years, Casey, is a physical therapist.
Remedy Bar’s primary services will focus on hormonal optimization, dermatology with an emphasis on skin cancer screening, aesthetics such as Botox, and weight loss. Additionally, Jaime is co-sharing space and collaborating with Elle Leary for cosmetic services such as facial peels, hydro-facials and microneedling, as well as spray tanning and skin analysis.
