if too long separate and put as a subhead above writer’s name I used Heading 3.

If you see a pullout quote in the story from the paper, add between a paragraph you feel it will fit well with. The type is Heading 3 or 4 your choice in the paragraph pull down menu.
To insert photo click above Add Media is for photos/art and cutlines.
Caption: Cutline (show up not italicized when posting but it will be in the actual posts.
On the left below fill in Alt Text: Photo/art of short description taken from cutline.
Description: Description taken from headline

Categories: DO NOT ADD TO THE LIST. In the right column, choose a category (News) or two if needed such as News and Angels Among Us
Tags: Make a tag that is not on the list if needed or use one from the drop down. Once you start typing in the Tags box it will fill in a tag that is already in the list. Some tags are not shown on this list but have been used before and do populate the Tags box, such as this one did for Cutest Pet in the Pines.
Featured Image: When you click on this, it opens up the MEDIA. If the image you want to feature is not in there, such as a logo, start typing the name and you should find it. Sample here I will put in logo. If it is already sized correctly, choose it as featured image. See right Featured Image.

Below SEO Settings: Click remove blog name if the bar is red. If too long it will show a gold bar stating it is still too long. To fix shorten the headline. This is when you can split the headline. See below. When I split the headline the bar turned green. See below Post SEO settings.
