Grand opening for Lincoln Commons at RidgeGate
A new Sprouts Farmers Market joins other merchants at Lincoln Commons shopping area.

Mark your calendar for Saturday, October 16, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., for the grand opening of the new Lincoln Commons retail stores. Lincoln Commons is part of the RidgeGate development and is located at Lincoln Avenue and Commons Street in Lone Tree, just east of the Super Target store.
The new shopping area will include Sprouts Farmers Market, Five Guys Burgers and Fries, Garbanzo Mediterranean Grill, Qdoba Mexican Grill, and Runners Roost.
At full build-out, the Lincoln Commons area will have approximately 500,000 square feet of space. There is a new dental office building, located near the Lincoln Commons Park. The dental office building will have two offices – one serving children and one serving adults. Vectra Bank has started construction on their new building at the corner and should be open early next year. Other tenants will be added over time.
The primary location of the grand opening events will be in the parking lot just west of Sprouts, south of the Runner’s Roost store. Festivities will include face-painting, a balloon artist, in-store specials and giveaways.
The RidgeGate development is located on the east and west sides of I-25, south of Lincoln Avenue. The 3,500 acre property will include commercial and residential development, a town center, and 1,000 acres of parks, trails, and open space.
