Langley-Finnegan is the staff liaison for public safety issues for the CPN Master Association and tracks the weekly crime statistics for all CPN residents from the DCSO, in addition to being a member of the CPN Safety Committee. She is a graduate of the 2006 inaugural class of the Community Safety Volunteer (CSV) Program with the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office and volunteers her time in various capacities with the Sheriff’s office.
Langley-Finnegan and her husband have lived in The Retreat neighborhood of CPN for six years, where she has served as vice chair of The Retreat HOA and also serves on The Retreat Architectural Control Committee.
When she is not volunteering her time in the community, Langley-Finnegan works as President and CEO of Langley & Associates, Inc., her own retained Executive Search firm.
According to Master Association President, Maureen Shul, Langley-Finnegan has jumped in with both feet and has already been working to resolve a crosswalk safety issue at Buffalo Ridge Elementary School. “We look forward to Carol’s expertise in the area of public safety,” said Shul. “She will be a great asset to the CPN community.”
