Election year 2014 voter information

Get ready to caucus – election year 2014 is here. There are many local, state, and national candidate races, campaign events, and assemblies this year for Douglas County voters to participate in. According to the Douglas County Clerk and Recorder’s election office, there are a total of 218,155 registered voters as of January 1, 2014 – 100,397 Republican; 43,237 Democratic; and 74,521 Other. Voters who were registered and affiliated with either the American Constitution, Democratic, or Republican parties by January 6 are eligible to vote in precinct caucuses.
