With an expected 30,000 plus visitors a day, traffic in Castle Pines will most certainly be impacted during the week of the BMW Championship, August 20 – 25.

A significant portion of Happy Canyon Road will have daily restricted access from 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. during championship week. No through traffic will be permitted on Happy Canyon Road until after 7 p.m.; a recommended alternate east/west route is Castle Rock Parkway, south of Happy Canyon Road.

Spectator General Parking

There is no public tournament parking available in the immediate vicinity of Castle Pines Golf Club, nor will any be allowed at the Village Shops. Spectators have several date-specific options available for parking and must pre-register to access these off-site parking lots with shuttle service to the tournament. Visit bmwchampionship.com for available ticket opportunities and parking passes. Also, there is no re-entry once inside the tournament if you leave.

Rideshare

As an alternative to parking and shuttling to Castle Pines Golf Club, spectators can be dropped off and walk into the championship. All drop-offs and pick-ups must happen at the designated location at 482 W Happy Canyon Road. Options like Uber, Lyft, taxi and limo service drivers must approach via eastbound Happy Canyon Road and will pass through a Douglas County Sheriff’s Office checkpoint at the Castle Pines Drive South roundabout.

Patrons are encouraged to visit bmwchampionship.com for the most current parking information prior to departing for the tournament.

The Village Shops

The Village Shops will have a private security company restricting access to customers only, and unauthorized vehicles will be towed at owner’s expense.

Patrons planning to visit the Village Shops should call beforehand to ensure hours of operation, etc., as some locations may be temporarily closed for the week.
