Douglas County 2040 Transportation Master Plan

Douglas County residents are invited to a public open house to review the 2040 Transportation Master Plan on Wednesday, July 10 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the Douglas County hearing room at 100 Third Street in Castle Rock.
The Draft 2040 Transportation Master Plan is currently available for review with a referral and public comment period of June 17 through July 22. Written comments will be accepted online or by emailing 2040TMP@douglas.co.us. Hard copies are available upon request at 100 Third Street, 2nd Floor in Castle Rock or by calling
303-660-7490.
According to Douglas County, “The Board’s priority for transportation is to develop and maintain a safe and accessible multimodal transportation network, leveraging partnerships to address present and future demands, ensuring local and regional connectivity.” The final plan will define a long-term vision for the County’s transportation system.
