Before year’s end, several thousand new square feet of retail space will open in Castle Pines North (CPN).
CPN resident Chuck Barry and his two business partners are looking forward to the completion of their new building on Village Square Lane, adjacent to the Safeway Shopping Center and next to Big O Tires.
“The building will be roughly 6,000 square feet total. About 3,000 square feet of that space will be available and ready for tennant finish,” said Barry.
The building is scheduled for completion in late August or early September.
Just out on the Parkway, the new Walgreens store continues to take shape. Walgreens is scheduled for completion sometime in October. CPN will also be home to a new Grease Monkey auto service center and car wash, and a daycare. The fourth and final “pad” in the center was still unoccupied as of press time.
