DCWRA – HOA Water Conservation Seminars

The Douglas County Water Resource Authority (DCWRA) will host three regional seminars on how to help HOAs conserve water and save money. The dates for the three programs this year are March 7, 11, and 19.

The seminars will focus on the best landscape management practices, state of the art ET controllers, and Xeriscape techniques. There will also be an in-depth discussion of the most economic practices for common area irrigation. Three regional water conservation experts from Highlands Ranch, Parker, and Castle Rock will lead the discussions. This program is tailored to HOA board members, management firms, and landscape contractors.

For more information about these seminars, contact Mark Shively, president of the DCWRA, at e-mail. A short video of the 2008 workshops can be found at: http://www.dcwater.org/#topVideo.
