Congratulations Elmer! He and his pinecone won the hearts of our judges, and he has been selected as the Cutest Pet in the Pines for 2023. Elmer will receive a $100 gift certificate to The Pet Stuff Place, a basket of goodies and bragging rights for the year. Bo and Annie will both receive $50 gift certificates; Rudy, Axel, Jack and Pepper will each receive $25 gift certificates.
