CPN’s Lady of America Fitness is Out of Business
Lady of America Fitness, located at 562 E. Castle Pines Parkway, has unexpectedly gone out of business. This location will be permanently closed. There is currently no additional information as to why they closed their doors.
CPN residents, who were members of LOA, have called LOA and found that members have the following options:
1) Transfer your membership to another Lady of America Fitness center. There are many locations in Centennial, Parker, Littleton, and other Metro-Denver sites. For exact locations and contact information, visit http://www.ladyofamerica.com and click on “Worldwide Locations,” then enter your zip code.
The closest LOA location is in Centennial at 7475 E. Arapahoe Road, Unit #1, in the Heritage Place Shopping Center. This location is owned by Castle Pines North residents Jennifer Markling and Maura Ward. Call 720 482-0909 for more information.
2) Cancel your membership by faxing a letter — including your name, a reference to the closure at the CPN location (562 E. Castle Pines Parkway, #C-2), and your member/account number — to 480-513-3176. If you would prefer to mail a letter, send it to Lady Fitness of America, P.O. Box 497, Layton, UT 84041-0497. Upon receipt, your contract will be terminated and you will not be responsible for any additional payments.
If you decide to cancel your membership instead of transfer it to another location, and you were making payments using automatic withdrawal from your bank or credit card, or if you want a credit on your already paid February withdrawl, call National Fitness Financial System at 1-800-658-7727.
If you have any questions, call Lady Fitness of America at 480-513-1883 or call one of the other local locations (see http://www.ladyofamerica.com for a list of phone numbers).
