CPN Master Association – Providing Unique Services to the Community

by Lane Roberts

The Castle Pines North (CPN) Master Association is the community-wide HOA that unifies and represents all the individual neighborhoods within the community, while enhancing the overall quality of life for residents.

The Master Association communicates important information to the community via newpaper (The Connection), website (www.cpnhoa.org) and through community e-mail alerts. Residents also enjoy Master Association-sponsored social events throughout the year.

The Master Association also works as an “advocate” on key community issues such as the Highlands Ranch Trail issue, CC-20, crosswalks, traffic signals and other safety issues, the Xcel power line corridor and the recent incorporation of CPN. The Master Association also helped create Business in the Pines to enhance and promote the CPN business district.

The Master Association services are funded annually by dues of $216 per home, which are paid separately from neighborhood HOA dues. Dues are collected in mid-February and there was no increase planned for 2008. Dues are allocated into two categories – future parks construction (70 percent) and Master Association Operations (30 percent.)

For more information about the annual billing or dues allocation, please refer to the bill insert included in the February invoice or visit www.cpnhoa.org.
