Community Garage Sale Set for May 20 and May 21

For the most current garage sale information, visit the Master Association Community-Wide Garage Sale event page.

The Castle Pines North Annual Community Garage Sale is quickly approaching, so it’s time to start your spring cleaning!

The Sale will be held between the hours of 8 a.m. and 2 p.m., on both Friday, May 20 and Saturday, May 21.

Traditionally, the Sale draws bargain hunters from near and far, and residents have commented that they’ve had huge success selling unwanted items – – as well as picking up a few “treasures” from others in the neighborhood.

Like last year, garage sale participants will be responsible for hanging their own arrow signs, directing shoppers to their homes. Please note that anyone who posts signs will be responsible for taking them down no later than Sunday, May 22.
The Master Association will post advertisements in the local Denver newspapers as well as in the Douglas County papers.

For complete information, including sign ups and a list of participating addresses, visit the
Community-Wide Garage Sale event page. Sign up to participate in the Garage Sale by submitting your Community Garage Sale Listing. A list participating addresses with a community map is available for printing and viewing.

The Douglas County Sheriff’s office would like to remind you to keep your house safe during sale hours.

While you and your family are outside with your garage sale belongings and customers:

· Make sure your doors and ground-level windows are closed and locked.

· Make sure your garage is closed, unless you are using it for your sale.

· Do not keep too much cash outside.

· Keep money on your person instead of in a “cash box” that may sit momentarily unattended.

For more information about the garage sale, call Carla Kenny at 303-482-3087 ext 131 or email
