City Safety Task Force looking for volunteers
Submitted by Task Force Chair Carol Langley-Finnegan
The City of Castle Pines North (CPN) Safety Task Force is comprised of dedicated and committed volunteers from CPN with varied backgrounds and interests, as well as representatives from city council.
Anyone interested in helping to keep CPN a safe place to live and work is welcome to join in and serve. It does not take a lot of time, just a few hours a month to help out.
“You don’t get anywhere by standing on the sidelines waiting for someone else to take action,” said Safety Task Force Chair Carol Langley-Finnegan. “Whether it’s building a better government, or building a better future, we all have an important role to play. We are so grateful for our volunteers’ time and expertise,” she said.
The Safety Task Force meets the second Thursday of each month from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the CPN Community Center, located at 7404 Yorkshire Drive in CPN. All residents are welcome.
The Task Force is in need of additional residents to volunteer to serve and welcomes anyone interested in serving to contact Langley-Finnegan, at safety@cpnhoa.org.
Help keep CPN a safe place to work and live!
